Scott Estep is a full-time REALTOR and has the honor of leading the Estep Group of Danberry Realtors. He believes that Jesus defined true success when he said, "The greatest among you is the one who serves," so his goal is to serve clients with excellence.

In addition to creating positive experiences for clients, Scott serves as Danberry's Spiritual Advisor. In this role, he serves over 360 agents in the company's ten offices throughout northwest OH and southeast MI and provides support to Danberry's owners and management team.

While his primary service areas are Wood and Lucas counties, he is committed to lifelong learning and has been licensed in MI since March 2020.

Scott and his wife Kim were raised in northern West Virginia and moved to the Bowling Green area in 1995 where he served as the lead pastor of the Church of the Nazarene for 10 years and Dayspring Assembly of God for 6 years.

They have two children, Seth & Shani. Seth is also a Realtor and member of The Estep Group. He and his wife Katie made Scott and Kim grandparents with the birth of their daughter, Karis, in July 2025. Shani and her husband Connor Williams, were married in September 2025 and Shani is an adjunct professor at Bowling Green State University.

When he is not serving clients or spending time with family, Scott enjoys riding his motorcycle, driving his 1977 Corvette, reading, and working out at the Bowling Green Community Center.
